Cancellation
You may cancel your order for
any reason up to and including
5 days from the date of delivery
of your order, provided all the
bottles are unopened and intact.
We will refund the price of the
order within 30 days from the
date of cancellation, this excludes
delivery charge if product delivered
or in transit. Collection is at
our cost.
If
we do have to substitute wines
for a later vintage or an alternative
of equal or greater value, we
aim to contact you first and gain
your permission. If we fail to
do this and you are unhappy with
any substitutions you receive
we will arrange collection at
our cost.
Breakages
must be reported in 5 days from
receipt of delivery. We will offer
you a full refund for the product
broken or a replacement at no
additional charge.
Age
It is against the law to sell
or supply alcohol to persons under
18 years of age in the UK. By
placing an order you confirm that
you are at least 18 years old.
Price
All products offered are subject
to availability. Prices include
VAT at 17.5% and are subject to
change and vintage variation.
Delivery
Delivery is £6.99 per case
of 1 to 12 bottles to one address.
Delivery is mainland UK only.
Please allow 7 days for delivery.
Please note for local (Chester)
orders or non promotional orders
over £100 there is no delivery
charge.

Wine Loyalty Card Scheme
- The
Region Wine Loyalty Card scheme
aims to reward customer loyalty
through the provision of a discount
when a minimum number of wine
bottles have been purchased.
The scheme is defined as follows:
The average purchase price of
12 bottles of wine (“set”)
purchased in one or more transactions
is offered to you as a discount
on a future wine purchase.
- The
total amount of discount available
will increase if the discount
is not used and you purchases
one or more additional sets.
- Once
you decide to use all or part
of the discount available to
purchase wine the available
discount is then set to zero.
- Wine
purchased using the available
discount does not count towards
the next set.
- Wine
can not be returned and money
refunded if you have utilised
your available discount to purchase
more wine. Otherwise you may
return your wine for any reason
up to and including 5 days from
the date of delivery or collection
of your order, provided the
bottle(s) are unopened and intact.
We will refund the price of
the order within 30 days from
the date of cancellation if
purchasing on line or immediately
if purchasing in store (this
excludes delivery charge if
product delivered or in transit).
Collection is at our cost. Any
wine returned will be deducted
from your Loyalty Card.
- Wine
purchased under case or wine
offers does not count towards
the next set, unless stated
otherwise.
- Region
Wine reserves the right not
to offer the discount earned
with the Loyalty Card.
- Region
Wine reserves the right to change
the scheme, without notice.
Region Wine can cancel or withdraw
the scheme or any individual
card at any time.
- Loyalty
Card statements will not be
issued unless requested by you.
- Other
than the need to check for someone’s
age (to purchase Alcohol), Region
Wine will not ask for ID when
you use your Loyalty Card with
a transaction.
- Replacement
Loyalty Cards can be provided
but there is no guarantee that
the discount will be carried
over to the new Loyalty Card.
- The
Loyalty Card belongs to Region
Wine but it's yours to use and
enjoy.
- Any
personal information obtained
through the Loyalty Card may
used by Region Wine for marketing
purposes this may involve a
third party. Any information
(including your name and address)
that does not relate to specific
goods or services that you buy
may be used by us to analyse
how you use your Loyalty card.
In
using a Loyalty Card you are agreeing
to these Terms and Conditions.
